jillann I have just checked my Paypal account. You can only withdraw your funds through two options. Option 1 is to your bank account (US banks), the processing time is 3-4 days. Option 2 is to your card, processing time is 5-7 days with a $5 charge.

jillann Yes you can receive/accept the money, but I don't think you'll be able to withdraw it. I'll get back on you about the withdraw part. =)
