How Long do you sleep?

I have some of my friends who just sleeps for 4 to 5 hours a day and i really wonder how do they survive by having sleep for just 4 to 5 hours a day. Even during Sunday's, they sleep for not more than 5 hours. I need atleast 7...

jimmystar People have different levels of sleep satisfaction.Sometimes i sleep 4 to 7 hours and other times i just sleep 4 to 5 hours.in my case, the timings of my sleep is determined by how tired i was during the day and the type of activities i attended to.
