jinerz YUpp, it too does happen to me, it is just my opinion, i think that the muscles are adjusting to the weight of the exercise in your body thus, making it unable to relax that's why you cant sleep... hope it helps

jinerz but i do think that violence is an inevitable occurrence in life, i mean there are people who only know violence as a way of proving themselves to be right, i mean war for example.. thanks for the response God bless
