hi everyone i just wondered how you all deal with hot flashes. i dont think i the only one having them. Lol some suggestions please

jjsevilla87 at our age, i guess we just have to accept the fact that we are on the pre menauposal stage or pms. once you acknowledged this, the rest would be easy. i always bring along any hard paper that can serve as a fan to fan myself whenever hot flashes occur. coz,...
