With all this madness in the world and on the blink of a world war, US- North Korea, Saudia-Iran, Israel-Palestine/Iran, Syria e.t.c...if the world became one big nation governed by a council of leaders, would we see less of this...

As much as parents have rights over their children, is it right for parents to get their ears/noses pierced at a very tender age or that decision should be left to the children to decide as they grow? Personally, I'll let my kids...
