cheching how do i handle stress? hmm.. everytime i'm stressed out, i would just walk and walk. it helps me find answers and keep me on the right perspective. sleeping helps too but it doesn't help me think about what stressed me out. eating is the worst thing i do...

sunshinelady I sit back and listen to my soft music in my recliner. I put my headphones on and turn the telephone off and just go into another world. Music always fills my soul with relaxation as well as happiness. It is a good way for me to rid myself of stress.
