jmaigao Tell you an effectual method to stop headache.Open your mouth as big as you can,to drive your jaw bone,twist your face(such as frown,round-eyed,be out of the shape of your face skin),and you will find the headache getting less.

jmaigao Yeah,I really agree with you.As I know,if I want to learn English well,I should put me into the right surroundings.But I have little time to watch TV.So the only way to improve my English level is to listen mp3,no scene,no persons.
