Should I Go Vegan?

My girlfriend is urging me to go Vegan, and I am a bit hesitant. Anyone have some thoughts on this? I am sure I would be healthier, but I don't know if I can quit cheeseburgers.

Avinash @JoeMilford Do not go for vegan all the way, instead you can gradually try to shift towards it. I mean the transition should not make you feel tempted.
