JoeZhou I succeeded to get rid of 20lb. in a month. The way is to work work and work but sleep less less and less.

JoeZhou I'm in Dalian, a coast city in the northeast of China and it's 10:18pm. I'm still working at my chemistry lab, wearing my black fleece which also serves as my lab clothes. It's cold and windy outside but the moon is quite bright beautiful.
