jojoslingerie i think thats why it worked soo much for me because i just love foooooood i live for foood lol, i still get away with having takeaways and wine at the weekend to which makes it all fun! your allowed 2 healty xtras a day so i tend to save these for my potatoes...

jojoslingerie awww i would love to give advice on this, the thing is the magazine doesnt give you advice on what you can eat all day you might be making the recipies but it doesnt tell you how much of what food you should eat from the book etc or the knowledge of it etc,...

jojoslingerie she took lithium because it was something she diddnt have enough of in her blood, she had a hard time when she was about my age because the hospital tried her on all sorts of anti depresents including electric shock treatment (which upsets me to think about)...
