jolope well its kind of unfair that bicol's mayor/governor (im very unsure) blames PAGASA about the disaster. it was just a forecast after all. its never a guarantee that what they say is going to happen. we just have to be prepared all the time. no more blaming...

jolope i suggest you read the NutriSearch Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements by Dr. Lyle McWilliam.. im taking usana essentials and its been of great help.. but you are right..some do have toxicities.. that book can help you with it.. :)

jolope a fall back job would really come in handy when you struggle with starting up a business or keeping it up and running.. i guess in every endeavor, we take risks..this one is just a physical one..and something that you can identify..financial risk.. :)
