LIGHT or DARK when you are sleepiing??????

For me both are fine. I can sleep in all condition, the lamp is off or on.So it can be no problem if my room mate is like to turn on the light. What about you?and why you choose that condition?

jomboy23 I prefer to sleep with a small light on like lampshades because it is more soothing. I don't prefer to sleep in total darkness & to much light because both aspects are unstable for me.

jomboy23 For me friendship is a very essential thing and to keep it through your life is a task that you need to deal with. Nothing could ever replace a bond that is firmly established. I considered friendship as one of the most important pieces of my life.

jomboy23 wel,, when I'm all alone I just spend some time playng my guitar. Sometimes I just take time to reflect. But most of the time when I'm just all alone I just go to bed and sleep. Most of the times I'm all alone but it doesn't bothers me at all..
