Joniel20 I believe FinePTC is not a reliable paid to click website, normally all trusted paid to click site will pay you per click $0.01 - $0.02. Better stay away from those Paid to click site that would pay $10 per click.

Joniel20 The site is down today because of it's provider or webhost.. :) ..Palmbux is not scam.. try going to palmbux and you'll see the reason why you can't go to palmbux.. :) .. Don't try to complain because they might suspend your account on paypal. Just be patient...

Joniel20 Well renting referrals has a 50/50 chance that you can get active or non active clickers, I have tried renting referrals on Neobux but most of them are not that active, but try palmbux I think they have active members there because I have rented referrals...
