money making, isn't it what we have always been wanting for.
I feel it is not that difficult to earn a living just with help of computer, internet or all kinds of gadgets which are all around us.
I enjoy blogging, meanwhile I am also earning.
what do you say...?

The way I look at it , it's easy if there's no pressure whatsoever. Meaning there's already another source of income , and earning money online is like an extra sideline. I've read countless stories online and they seem happy and contented to be earn a living just with the help of computer , like you have mentioned. It is not easy , but it's not possible either if you ask me. It's more fun if there's no pressure and expectation. I think myLot gives the flexibility of that , I can not log in for weeks and months and I can still come any day to chat with you guys. That's the best feeling ever. Oops , sorry a bit out of the topic. To be honest , I find those who mock earning money through online , they do not know the real methods. Where there's a will , there's a way. For those who are humble enough to use online earnings as a supplement of their real income , then that would be a real bonus to boot. Good topic here robin , welcome to myLot. Hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I have over the years.

I think earning money is hard, especially when there are few jobs available. The internet is nice for supplementing a family income, but it's not anything that I can make a living doing. I think it's great for earning some extra cash for little incidentals.

No earning money isn't that hard. People make it too hard for themselves by not knowing why they want to make money on the internet. Is it because they want to be their own boss? Because they want to spend more time with the children? If you don't know why then how do you get yourself motivated? The answer is: not.
Then there's the mindset of people. Oftentimes people require a lot of help. Which is alright but they should also show they're able to help themselves and find out things all by themselves. At a given moment people have to take the plunge in the ice cold pool all by themselves without anyone standing at the ready with a towel on the sideline. There's no giving up or assistance involved in that situation.
People also tend to not know what they want to do on the internet. They hop from one type of money making to the other. If you know what you want to do things get much easier because focusing on one program or type of earning makes succeeding much easier.
And most important of all: Have fun doing what you do. If you're having serious 'un-fun' you're doing something wrong.

You should really focus on one thing and go for it. I currently go for Kooday. I have referred 72 people and only because it's nearly impossible to contact referrals they are inactive but if I could contact them a lot would be active as I learned how to motivate and help people out.
If i'd focus on 4 or 5 sites I'd totally lose control and would experience some serious un-fun.
As for your question on mylot it does only get better when you're replying back and forth with people. Most discussions get a reply and an answer, excellent discussions get a reply, an answer, a reply, someone else barging in, an answer, a reply... etc.
Some people here are good at doing that, I am not so I can't really say I am making a lot of money. Mylot really is for getting pocket money not for serious money. ;)
Unless you're Mike, who said there was a period he earned one dollar a day... unfortunately the guy is gone. :(

Thanks for that input, it makes a lot of sense. I'm just trying to make some extra cash to loosen the grip of these bills.
I found a site that gives you step by step instructions to the inside of making money on line. It came with several different areas to make money in.
I was getting caught up on all the different options available and haven't settled down and focused on just one. I have been more or less just getting my feet wet into the different areas to find my niche.
As a matter of fact that's how I found this website. Its fun but i'm not seeing very lucrative returns yet. Does it get better?

That's good phong. That is the right attitude I like this.
But what I mean by saying earning a living is that still people can opt this as an alternative.
whether a guy works 8 hr a day in the office or sits at home doing blogging 8 hr a day, he could earn more or less the same if he got the right skills.
well I am also like you, killing time on internet looking some residual income out of my internet.

I think it is easy to earn here some dollars but I am sure one can not make a living out of it in a short time, in long run people can have more experience and then he can find the exact ways to earn.
I am sure I will continue here because it is fun and my hobby to spend my time on the internet. I am doing what I use to do but I am earning at the same time.

I guess it depends on where you are coming from on this. I wouldn't say that it was easy to earn money on line, as you need to put in a fair amount of work and effort. It is easy to earn small amounts I guess, but if a person is looking for a living wage, then it is not so easy.
I think if you have something unique that everybody is going to want, then earning would become easy. The difficult part is finding that right product that is wanted and needed on line.. _Derek

I feel like even though times might be tough right now there are a lot more alternative ways to earn money than there were say 50 years ago. I'm very thankful that I have a job right now but I'm also thankful that I have online earnings to resort to as well. I use my online earnings as a second, part time job.

Online earning is sometimes easy but it takes long time.. not every thing online is so easy.. the more a way is easy it becomes more risky.. blogging is a very slow way to earn and may take years to earn enough to make a living out of it...

It's easy to earn money as long as we are willing to work hard. There are no easy money in the world even though we have technologies, internet and all kinds of gadgets to help us. All mentioned above are just one of the many ways for us to earn money, and it just needs time on our part to learn. When we are familiar, another door to additional earnings is open to us.

Earning money online or offline needs some effort. And various levels of doing it exists at online as well as offline.
Without investment of money means more physical work. With investment of some money means little physical work and equal risk. With huge investment, almost nil physical work, but more mental tension and high risk.
One can choose and get what they want to get.

I don't think I could live only on my on-line earnings alone, but they do help me out quite a lot!!!
I am legally blind, and have problems walking too, so I get a disability benefit from the government. This takes care of the household, and leaves me with some spending money, and I put atleast $50 a month into Savings. The stuff I earn on line all goes into savings. My husband and I are taking a Christmas vacation this year, and I want to have money to come home to in January, so that is what I am doing with what I earn on line.

I don't think earning money on line it's easy you need to spend time, put hours, and much dedication to it...this crap that say you can have more time with your family it's just not true!...you may be at home but you would be on the net most of the time right? at the end of the day it's that family quality time? you tell me.

Definitely. I remember I first entered this money-making industry when I was in the last year of my high school. I just finished my major exams and was looking for something to do on the internet and slowly, I was being directed to this industry. It's, yea, easy to make money but not a living though. However, it's still fun to me and I enjoy every moment in making money online

Hi. Making money isn't easy. On the internet, earning money is hard when you don't have refferals. In real life, we start a business. It's difficult too. WE have to study a lot from friends and gain experiences. So, it's not easy to earn money.

hi robin001,
i agree with the fact that it is not difficult to earn money especially through internet, well i guess, the only weapon that we should always bring in earning is "patience" patience to wait until your earnings will expand.., in this new generation, we can not deny the fact that many people are already became rich because of job opportunities in the web.
