josh121 My best choice for teaching is active. It's very important for teacher to teach actively because this makes students hard to study. The students will feel the motivations from the teacher and the others.

josh121 I think the first time for getting a raise is we come to Lord Jesus for blessing us. Because all things in the world are in Lord's hand. And then after that, you do your best work as well as you. I believe you will get a raise.
