How can we overcome temptation?

Some of us are trying to be good but why in the world that we can still be tempted, and continue doing bad action or behavior and thoughts...

jothan27 amazing when you do nothing nothing to be happen, what is happening if no happening :) it just the ways it is? how can I find source of motivation ,what will motivate my friend...by the way its good motivation i think of it, what if no motivation ?
