strict avoidance of the allergy causing food is the only way to avoid reaction, reading ingredients labels for all foods is the key to maintaining control over allergy

when i was in college im so thin but i eat a lot..and after my graduation i took the board review and exam and i gained weight and my problem is i dont like my tummy is big not sexy to look at..what will i do to make my tummy...
