How should one respond to bed wetting?

i keep telling my daughter who is age 5 to empty her bladder before going to sleep but still she ended up urinating during the night. at times i get so frustrated and ending up scolding her, and then feeling guilty later on.

i'm so tired and so stressed just by looking at my husband lying in bed all day playing playstation. i've already told him that he is such a parasite. he kept on asking his mother and sister for money. i don't know what to do any...
