why is it so difficult to loose weight after having a baby? i mean u can do a lot of things to lose weight but to no avail. any tips on how to lose weight and keep it off would be highly appreciated!

joyboi2 thank you i will try to take that into consideration, as a new mom i'm finding it very difficult to lose weight especially since i'm always hungry.
