what exercise for you is fun, motivating and has fast results?

I really want to exercise, but find it hard to stay motivated or keep at it... I have had personal trainers and it really works, but i can't always afford to keep going. so i just want to get some tips on how to get fit and stay...

Joyce78 hey Kiran, well i guess i thought that it would be like the jetsons too a bit, but i guess it was the movie back to the future that really got me thinking.... i really thought that flying cars would be in at the moment, and security would be all about eye...
