I was appalled to find that my transfer from PayPal to my bank account in India got reversed. While PayPal reimbursed all charges involved and I got back my money, the problem now stands that many freelancers are unable to receive...

MysD Oh I agree that it must be extremely frustrating for all those concerned. What caused this to happen in the first place? Have Paypal stated the reasons behind their decisions?
