I realize to people say in China or France that an American or English film IS a foreign film. But I was thinking about the English speaking countries mainly. I rented Pan's Labyrinth on Monday and watched it that night....

jtfmulder Subtitles don't bother me. It really is a matter of personal taste. Many foreign films tend to be more personal and about people than most American Hollywood blockbusters. It is a matter of genre.

jtfmulder I saw Iron Man and liked it. It's not perfect, but I really enjoyed it and so did my nephews. I'm looking forward to all the big blockbusters. Indiana Jones, Speed Racer, The Dark Knight, X-Files: I Want To Believe.
