Anna @jula65 If you can login everything is fine, but I cannot understand why they pretend to have your ID to unlock your account.

koopharper @jula65 Personally I'm baffled. I have no idea how to solve this myself. If you have a computer repair shop I'd go talk to the technician guys there. They've bailed me out of some weird stuff before. Sorry, I can't be more helpful than that.
