1. i want to ask anybody, if what is the use of this "support ticket number". This is the item that the admin. of neobux replied to me after i sent them a suport ticket message.

jumell I tried to log-in but it is still suspended. I tried to click the support text on the lower part of the neobux page but it is still suspended.
