is it a good idea to bargin with buyer ?beginning with high price ,then down and down after discussion ,while someone would like to give buyer a non-modifiable price when they meet firstly ,what strategy should be taken? i hope...

perplexed me that i quoted my customer and answer any question they asked ,and sent him the sample ,but after we sent the sample ,no response ,why that?who can advise me? thanks
