My thoughts won't let me sleep!!!!!!!!!!!

When i have a lot on my mind, I find it harder to get to sleep and stay asleep. I often wake up through the night, and the more that is going on in my life, the harder it is to get back to sleep. AAAARRRGGGGHHHHHHhh!!!!!!!
