does banana make us fat ??

i remember someone told me that banana contains fat ?? huh ?? i'm completely not sure about that, since banana is a fruit and fruits are good for our body since it contain lots of vitamins and minerals i sometimes got hungry...

just_a_drifter just make sure you don't eat the banana after your dinner at night, ok sweetie ? They say if you have a sworn enemy, then you offer him a banana after dinner :) Same with rice or any other starchy foods. They just won't digest and will turn into straight belly...
