Hanni Harel @jvgomd I start by going to my e-mail and answer what discussions appear for My Lot and then later I go to my notifications and answer those. I also check facebook too.

Do you ever listen to music and just lay back and look at the ceiling?

I often put my headphones on and lay in bed listening to music and looking at a dot on the ceiling. Maybe is weird but its somehow relaxing .
