I often put my headphones on and lay in bed listening to music and looking at a dot on the ceiling. Maybe is weird but its somehow relaxing .

Ria Marc Yeah i listen to music on youtube too. I look for playlist most of the time. Or just type "relaxing music" and there are like 1h videos with beautiful instrumental music
