Gluten Free

Anyone have any gluten free baked goods recipes that don't require expensive gluten free flours? I have one for brownies that uses chick-peas in place of flour and I was just wandering if there were anymore recipes like that out...

Have you observed something in society, whether criminal or civil activities, that you feel needs to be regulated by law but isn't? If you could write a law about something, what would it be and how do you feel it would change...

jwidman3 I agree, government seems to try to regulate everything, making laws on top of laws and it seems that when government steps into civil issues they often, though not always, make things worse rather than better
