Does anyone know of any exercise programs on TV?

I am trying to find some exercise programs on television. I know there is an entire network called FitTV, but I don't get that on DishNetwork. I would love to find some exercise programs. Any help greatly appreciated!

jywest1546 I have Dish network and BYU-TV which is channel 9403 on mine has a 7:00 am workout every morning - Yoga and aerobics.
