If you have read any of my other discussions then you know that I had a heart attack two years ago when I was 36. My doctors said it was because of very high triglycerides. They are supposed to stay under 140 and mine were over...

k_rubio Hey, you can try chewing gum or attending a therapy to subsides the tension you make if your not smoking.. or may be limit the sticks you make in a day.

k_rubio next time, whether you had a a bad day, you shouldn't expose it to other people around you, they may thing that you are mean even if they know you or not.... Say sorry if you did something wrong. Make peace with everyone.
