kaka10 Thanks atleast now I can explain the difference to my girlfriend, she is looking at becoming a competitive bodybuilder and like everything in life you have to measure the pro's n cons agianst eachother and decide if it is worth it in the end.

kaka10 I agree with you as there must be a reason why they decided to do it and it takes hardwork, so much respect to them if it makes them happy. They are healthier, happier and more confident and that is all that matters at the end of the day

I have had alot of people tell me that they can't sleep or woke up at 4AM Is it just me or do you think it is weird aswell, because the same thing happened to me this morning at 4am

kaka10 Hahaha I think everybody had problems at 4Am this morning it is no 11am where I am at I think some kind of energy or alignment of the plaets happend because I couldn't sleep either. Well enjoy your sleep. Happy DREAMING.

kaka10 I am glad that is something that no one should ever go through and if it ever hsppens make sure that you have alot of good friends around and make sure you cry and get it out of your system it makes the transition easier for you.
