Lee Ka I didn't know doing sit-ups can cause bad headache... Could it be the neck issue? Yes, I will need to do more yoga exercises that will help my neck and shoulder, and drink more water when I am exercising too.

Lee Ka Do you mean you have headache after sleeping? Did you get enough good sleep? I can't really tolerate with headaches... Sleeping is my "medicine" for headache now.
