Noel Angeles Banana smoothies are very refreshing and you could also mix it with other fruits that are high in antioxidants like Blackberries, Raspberries and Blueberries and even Mangoes to create a more nutritious smoothie.

Noel Angeles @ramapo17 Bananas are a powerhouse when it comes to vitamins and minerals. It also is a good source of protein giving 1.1 grams per 100 grams of bananas.

Keanu is one of my fave movie stars and he starred in a lot of good films like the Matrix and John Wick film series. But for me his best movie ever is his underrated portrayal of an Exorcist in the film Constantine.

Noel Angeles Well it's either you'll like it or not, I too love Spanish sardines in sandwiches with mayo but not in pasta.

Noel Angeles Yep, I definitely agree, I think it's an acquired taste but it really taste yucky for me. It's way better to eat pasta with just tomatoes and cheese than putting sardines on it.
