when you can't sleep , what do you usually do?

sleep is running off from me and despite that i need it right now, it is far from closing in. so what do you do when sleep evades you? (P.S. been away three long months, can i really do this now? i mean mylotting?-let's...

kalimou I used to have sleeping problems till I bought my new adjustable bed, now I sleep like a baby, but I remember that what I used to do was to read a lot and that helped a little. The best is my new bed from www.swisssleepsystem.com
