I want to forget something. Its been bothering me for months ow, and I can't accept they're gone now, they just left. I want to forget them, I want to have amnesia. A permanent one. What can you suggest for me to do to forget...

kalmontague I just can't clear my mind. Wherever I go I can remember them. Every little thing reminds me of them. We're talking about 7 persons who have played a great role in my life. Would it be easy for me to just let go?
