xlyingxwhispersx I think we are definitally dependent on fast food and wawa, etc. Most people now adays, dont even know how to cook healthy food, and if they do..the family either doesnt want it or they just dont have time. Even the foods you can buy in the grocery store like...

Hazel Funcion Yes its a danger and its because of the kind of food that we take everyday. Its a matter of changing our lifestyle and eating nmore organic and fibe rich foods.

soccermom I think alot of it had to do with our fast paced lifestyles and convenience. We don't eat alot of junk in our house, but I know that when the schedules are hectic I'm the first one to hit the fast food drive thru, and I can tell you I don't order a salad....
