Yes..this is one biggest shock we underwent today. We both are fine at present, on medication and strict isolation. My major concerns are my parents and my son who are safe till now. I do need prayers for them

Although it should be the other way and it's more logical too because you'll be getting all the nutrients if you take the fruit and with juices although they taste better and are easy to consume cannot provide all the nutrients...
