Does these Bournvita, Milo, Boost, Complain, Horlicks Etc are any helpful?

I'm not endorsing or shame any brand but many times I think if these are any useful and does they work as effectively as the brands claim because I don't think they do. One drink advertises that it can help in making you tall and will help your kid in his or her proper growth and others say it'll increase your inner power and brain power etc. Does these Drinks help in any way to us?

I am not sure if they does. Milo for example, they boost energy because of the sugar but will end up adding more sugar in our body

once doctor prescribed bournvita for my mother. I think these brands add taste, Otherwise good buffalo milk has a lot of protein
