karel00 I take the shower twice a day, one in the morning and then one after my football practice. Shower especially helps with taking away all the sweat and grime after a long day of work and play.

karel00 Freshly brewed coffee always perks me up. Sometimes I like tea especially if I'm too full. I prefer tea leaves than those in bags.
