Do you watch scary movies with the light on or off???

If alone in the house, would you put on a scary movie & watch it, if so ... would you watch it in the dark. It's just a flick of the switch on or off, make your choice???

karenxss I would like to turn the light off.. But I often watch movies with my classmates or friends , and I dont think I have the nerve to watch them alone.... to get the effect of horror, we usually switch off the lamp,and lock the door and be quiet while watching,...
