I suffer with these, although they are currently buried away lol, How many members here are also suffering and what are your coping skills? If i cannot breath it away I take Valium or xanax and I try to get to sleep... Any other...

katieD Hiya Billysbabe i feel for you so much i suffer with attacks myself and acually im going through one right now i have a numb hand and face and my heart is racing, im really tense and feel sick and light headed but! i know that there is nothing wrong phisically...
