katke84 I would hope, if I was in her place, that I'd be able to accept the child, since it's not her fault. I'm not sure if I could though. What a horrible situation for everyone.

katke84 I love impressions. My husband is awesome at them...he can do almost anyone. I think the ability to make someone laugh is one of the greatest gifts there is. :)

katke84 It always surprises me when I hear of people milking the system, because I honestly have never known anyone who was on any of these programs who didn't NEED to be. I guess it depends on where you live and who you know?

katke84 I agree. I went to visit my parents recently, and I was struck how DIFFERENT the "civilian" worl is from where I live. No one seems to understand anything about me except for my friends who are also military/military spouses. It can be difficult.
