I just want to know did people aware about blood donations and did you donate your blood?

kchavez08 donating blood does not cause you to gain weight. When you donate blood, they only take a small percentage of your body's blood, in which your body can make and renew quickly. The only thing that could case you to gain weight is if you go pig out on food...
