BigDreamer I honestly don't know what the law is. I do know that the Sheriff's Department has said that they will be filing charges against the parent's that had the gun.

BigDreamer That's what responsible gun owners do. We had guns in the house growing up and were taught not to touch them. I have a gun in my house and it is kept out of my daughter's reach.

BigDreamer I think they should too. If you choose to have a gun in your home it is your responsibility to keep it secured.
