When I am tired at night, I take hot bath drink hot tea and I stay in my bed to relax for half an hour. Than I try to have a night as easy as possible. When I am tired during the day, I do some yoga and stretching. What do you...

Kevin1986 when i am tired, i always close my eyes, take a deep breath, and sit peacefully. Keep in that way for 5min you will feel better.
