Hi guys, this is something I've been thinking about. I don't know whether this discussion is breaking the guidelines but I've read through and I think it's ok. My question is "Do you think it's healthy to be myLotting everyday?"...

kevinmd01 You make a good point. My short answer is no. If you want to BE healthy you have to get up and be active. So I guess if you m-lotting while running in place or doing yoga it very well could be. But how's doing that? I have to confess I'm just sitting here...
