kfamini good for you my dear. it should be balance. yes its very difficult to have rice without any vegetable or meat along with.. fish is also good.. i also love chicken.especialy when its freid.. i do lots of cooking in chicken.. remeber dont eat too much...

kfamini yes.. for those who have money they can but the new one.. but you know here in our place theres a lot of second hand here.. lots of foreigners but them..and also those who are not from here.. for me i dont buy..cause that cothes might have bad smell that...
