5000ml In the mid 1800s billiard balls were made from ivory, these days ivory is banned and the billiard industry realized very early on they couldn't continue using it anyway. They use certain strong types of plastic these days.

michelledarcy Of course we should save these animals from suffering. We are always puttingour own selfish needs before others so if we stop wearing fur and silk and leather too it is a small step towards helping the animals and becoming better people.
